Article 184 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 does not include the following special waste: domestic waste, including bulky waste, from premises and places used for residential use; non-hazardous waste from premises and places used for purposes other than residential, assimilated to municipal waste in terms of quality and quantity; waste from street sweeping; waste of any nature or origin, lying on roads and public areas or on roads and private areas subject to public use or on beaches and banks of waterways; vegetable waste from green areas; waste from exhumations and burials and other waste from cemetery activities.
