What does special waste not include?
Article 184 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 does not include the following special waste: domestic waste, including bulky waste, from premises and places used for residential use; non-hazardous waste from premises and places used for purposes other than residential, assimilated to municipal waste in terms of quality and quantity.
