The asbestos manager is responsible for the following activities:
draws up the control and maintenance plan for all activities that may involve MCA.
It informs the occupants of the building and the other operators involved of the situation ascertained;
labels the FCMs detected according to the results of laboratory analyses;
periodically verifies the state of conservation of the FCMs;
it performs periodic air monitoring to check for any contamination.
The Asbestos Risk Manager must also verify the update of the DUVRI (Single Document for the Assessment of Interference Risks) and coordinate with all the figures involved in the activities that take place in the building.
