What legislation governs the management of industrial waste?

The management of industrial waste in Italy is governed by Legislative Decree 152/2006 as amended (Consolidated Environmental Act), which replaced the previous Presidential Decree 915/1982 and Legislative Decree 22/1997 (Ronchi Decree).
