Call for contributions for the removal of asbestos-cement artifacts

With D.d.u.o. 14 June 2019 – no. 8615, the Environment and Climate Directorate of the Lombardy Region approved the call for the assignment of contributions to citizens for the removal of roofs and other asbestos-cement artifacts from private buildings, mainly for residential use. The contributions as a whole amount to € 1,000,000.00.

How to participate in the tender for the removal of asbestos-cement roofs

The call is open to all those who, private citizens (natural persons, also associated in the “Condominiums”) are owners of buildings in which there are asbestos-cement artifacts.

Applications must be submitted online by connecting to the web address www.bandi.servizirl.it starting from 10.00 a.m. on 8 July 2019 and until 4.00 p.m. on 9 September 2019. The entire administrative procedure of the call will take place through the aforementioned IT platform.

Characteristics of the facility

The contribution will be non-repayable up to a maximum of 50% of the amount of the eligible expenditure and, in any case, no more than a maximum of € 15,000.00 for the single intervention.

The disbursement of 100% of the contribution will take place at the end of the works once all the necessary documentation has been acquired certifying the regular execution of the removal and disposal of asbestos-cement artifacts.
