Transmission of IV FIR copy via PEC

Trasmissione IV copia FIR via PEC

Article 194/bis, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 152/2006 provides that the transmission of the fourth copy of the FIR – waste transport form – can also be carried out by certified e-mail (PEC).

The transmission of data in electronic format speeds up the timing and improves the efficiency of the service.

Valli Gestioni Ambientali informs customers that starting from the next few months it will become practice: the fourth copies of the FIRs will be transmitted via certified email. The document transmitted by certified e-mail will therefore replace the paper document for all intents and purposes.

In order to activate the service and to allow Valli Gestioni Ambientali to regularly send the fourth copy of the FIR by certified email, each customer is required to send an e-mail address to Valli’s certified email address: valliambiente.quartecopie@pec.it

What are the advantages?

Electronic sending promotes the efficiency of operators and “protects” the sending itself, as the digitized document is archived in place of the paper one and is considered by law  to be an original document (therefore not followed by paper mailings of the Forms).

For all information you can contact Valli Gestioni Ambientali.
